I believe that many of us are here to make the world a brighter place, and to correct the imbalances that have happened as humanity has misperceived itself as separate from nature and natural systems.

Because of the way most of us have been raised, this means changing the way we think, connecting more deeply to our natural wisdom, and using nature as the model for innovating new ways of doing things. My life's work is to walk this way of life, and to help others do so as well.

I have a deep background in the sustainability movement, with decades of experience as an organic gardener, natural builder, permaculture designer, teacher, and organizer. I'm an avid explorer of spiritual philosophies and wisdom traditions. These passions, and a strong intuition, literally led me to the door of the woman I married.

Stacey and I founded Soul Self Living (http://soulselfliving.com) to bring forward our vision of a healthy and regenerative human culture that supports and integrates with all of life. We write and publish books that are best described as "practical spirituality", and offer intuitive consulting, personal channeling, and energy healing services.

I was an outdoor adventure leader in my youth, and today my passion is to guide people toward their innate wisdom. My work is part spiritual counseling, part practical coaching. You could say that I add leverage, or join my strong battery in series to the battery of my client. Whatever the metaphor, my clients describe their experience with me as clarifying, energizing, and empowering. They report that they are better able to experience inner clarity, connect more deeply to their intuitive knowing, and feel more confident to take right action.
