After leaving the Leadership Motivational Institute, Mr. Studnicky refocused his attention on real estate development. He joined R & B Development Company in Alexandria, Virginia, as a project manager and was responsible for the construction of a 1,360-unit apartment complex dubbed the Oakwood Garden Apartments. Subsequently, Jack Studnicky relocated to Washington, D.C., to take a sales manager position at Sheldon Magazine Development. He played an integral role in the sales and marketing division and concurrently helped build the Watergate Hotel.
After nearly two years, Mr. Studnicky embarked on a long career as a consultant at JPS Associates. He managed the disposition of bank-owned properties and condominium conversions. He then translated the sound real estate marketing and sales strategies he had developed into the company, Jack Studnicky, P.A., and offers consulting services to real estate investors to help them sell their properties profitably.
