14. THS '18. Graphic designer. (How I got my start is below). I'm a 14 year old gamer that, ever since I was little, wanted to be an actor. Lots of people my age want to be an actor, but don't know the hard work, hours, and dedication they need in order to be an actor. I turned to YouTube at a young age, before my parents really even wanted me on the site and, being me, I visited it every day. This was when YouTube was just made, and there were no gamers on YouTube to influence me to a gaming life, only live-action skits, etc. (Hence the want to be an actor) I've had YouTube in my dailey routine every since. A lot has changed since then, including a switch to gaming, then an accidental switch to speed art. Why? About a year ago, I wanted a drawn avatar for myself on youtube. After about a month of searching for someone to do one for me, I got bored one day and fired up a $40 image editing program I had downloaded for $5 on a mega-sale. I chose the pen tool and started drawing a caw head (my minecraft skin at the time). I finished and it looked quite good. After that I showed it to a few people and they all wanted one! (You can see all that I made below) Last June, before I left on a trip, I decided to step it up a notch, and use my basic knowledge of the program to utilize its shapes and make a more perfect character. (also below) Still regarded by meyself as my best work, I decided to continue with this style, and it worked. I gain massive amounts of knowledge about (and have nearly mastered) the program and even started recording myself while I make the art, and have gotten nothing but postive responses for it, as well as the actual art. As of late, I combined my passion for YouTube and my apperent talent regarding graphic design and uploaded the speed art to youtube. (See the top for a subscribe button and a link to my channel) As for my "best art" that I mentioned, you can watch its speed art here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-xnnw4luXM&list;=UU_u_h8KbAqTOTD80bzcXaUw . Thanks for reading and hopefully, there will be more to come!
