Jack Tindal
Jack Tindal is a highly motivated, seasoned human resources executive who is driven by company-wide results. With a Master of Science in Administration and Human Resource Management, Tindal has had a long and successful human resources career in upper management, beginning in a 12-year tenure with the Mediplex Group, Inc. In his years with the company, Jack Tindal advanced through the ranks of upper management, holding the positions of Regional, Division, and National Director of Human Resources. Tindal was accountable for all aspects of human resource management, including labor and employee relations, policies, wage and salary analysis, employee safety, staff training, and compensation systems. He designed and managed workers’ compensation programs that reduced costs in the division by 75 percent and introduced downsizing efforts that saved over $1.5 million dollars. Additionally, Jack Tindal conducted labor relations and union avoidance training for human resource directors and management staff at all branches.
At Sun Healthcare Group, Inc., Jack Tindal served as Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Vice President in charge of Inpatient Service and Human Resources, and Chief Administrative Officer of the company. During his time there, Jack Tindal directed human resource functions at all levels of management, overseeing policy and procedure development, acquisition and divestiture strategies, employment law compliance, and various aspects of labor relations. He also directed external legal counsel for employment-related litigation and spearheaded downsizing initiatives that led to savings of over $8.5 million. Additionally, Tindal developed workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, reducing company expenses by over $2.5 million each year. He also consolidated benefit plans to enhance employee satisfaction while also reducing annual expenses by $8 million.
Recruited as Senior Vice President for Atria Senior Living, Jack Tindal accepted a project re-engineering the company’s human resource department. In three years, Tindal led employee benefit renegotiation efforts, which resulted in savings topping $6 million.
He is currently Vice President of Human Resources with the global business outsourcing provider Firstsource Solutions USA, Inc.
