Jacky Ma
AI Leader & Builder in Berlin, Germany
I spent ten years building data science teams, then moved to lead AI transformation — because I think the more interesting question isn't which AI tools to adopt, but how organizations need to restructure when execution leverage shifts to agents.
That conviction led me to build a connected set of projects I think of as AI transition infrastructure: a book on agent systems and organizational judgment (Agent 思維), an agent-native API runtime (Orbita), a high-resolution talent platform (Powerhouse), an SME-to-builder connector (AI Business Life), and an AI transformation knowledge commons (AI-Transformation.org). These aren't side projects. They are a thesis, in code.
I write about AI, leadership, and the structural changes of this era at jackyma.info. I'm also a long-time Argentine tango dancer and a devoted father of two — which probably explains why I think so much about how humans learn, adapt, and move together.
