Jacob Baime ICC

Jacob Baime ICC, has directed the Israel on Campus Coalition for more than a decade. He became its chief executive officer in 2013, bringing experience from earlier work with AIPAC. ICC, established in 2002, supports pro-Israel students through staff assistance and a network of more than 40 organizations. Its bipartisan structure is intended to include students with different political views and backgrounds.

A central part of Jacob’s responsibilities is preparing the coalition for issues that arise during the academic year. Campus votes, organized campaigns, and referendums often call for timely coordination. ICC connects its research, field, and digital teams to respond. Regional Directors stay involved on campuses, and students can contact the National Operations Center around the clock for guidance.

The organization also tests messages through national polling and shares the results with students and partners. In 2025-26, ICC awarded 697 microgrants at 167 campuses. Staff engaged 316 campuses and made 362 visits. Another part of the effort involved supporting 255 students in leadership races and helping students gain 253 opinion or broadcast placements under their own names. These figures describe different forms of assistance, from direct funding to opportunities for students to speak publicly.

Jacob’s work also includes ICC’s summer National Leadership Summit. The August 2026 event in Washington brought together more than 800 students, with over 1,200 people attending overall. Held at the Grand Hyatt Washington, it carried the theme “American. Zionist. Proud.” The program featured people from different political backgrounds and concluded with Jacob speaking to freed hostage Omer Shem Tov.

At AIPAC, Jacob served as National Field Director, overseeing field teams, campus programs, and training for college and high school students. He had also worked in New England as an Area Director. In interviews and published commentary, he has discussed the campus environment. Making organizational resources accessible to students remains part of Jacob Baime Icc's work. The next National Leadership Summit is planned for August 8 to 10, 2027, in Washington, D.C.
