Hi, I’m Jacob.
In all my work, I continue to focus on people - constantly returning to the intersections between leadership and strategy; between culture and operations; between people and product.
Today, I’m an Associate with Ethos Talent, where we help growing and growth-stage startups build incredible - and incredibly diverse - company cultures.
Outside of work, I’m a Senior Venture Fellow with Purple Arch Ventures, a Northwestern-centered venture firm connecting alumni investors with alumni-led companies. I hope to leverage my background in executive leadership, social impact, culture change, and startups to help founders build more diverse, inclusive, and profitable companies.
