Jacob Lapointe

Hello, My name is Jacob Lapointe. I'm a HR major at Western Michigan University. The thing that sets me apart from others in my field would most definitley be my work ethic. Without a doubt i am one of the most devoted individuals to my work.

The HR field is constantly growing and adapting just as any business would. The HR field is the glue or the fabric that holds business together, sets standards, and enforces them. As long as business's small and large continue to grow, the HR field will follow.

A few things I do well include my devotion to an assingment. Once I start something, I finish it. I have great attention to detail which is vital with an HR career. Finally I have a very high respect for those who work hard and efficently. This allows me to be a team player which is essential to this career.

What makes me essential to your business? Well that question is easy, I can adapt to any challenge or problem that may arise in my field and will do everything in my effort to resolve it.
