JACOB SHEU is the founder of Shining Eyes Project, inviting people to become dream makers and consider their lives as their ultimate projects. Jacob is also a Certified High Performance Coach, helping people to live fully and sustain peak level of engagements, joy, and confidence in life.

Jacob has diverse life experiences. He received Master degree in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and he is a certified Life Purpose and Career Coach by Life Purpose Institute. His profound life experiences include the time he served in the curator team of TEDxTaipei, and volunteered in Nepal and Peru.

Jacob's interest on self-actualization began when he looked into the mirror one day and asked himself what the hell he was doing. On weekdays, he was looking forward to the weekends, but when the weekends really arrived, he had limited ideas about what to do. Hanging out with friends often turned out to be "Complain your job conference," and he eagered to change that.

After the searching and learning journey, he founds Shining Eyes Project to help people make breakthroughs and life transformations. He has helped people love their jobs again, find their dream jobs, and build their own organizations and businesses.
