As a versatile software pro, I know how to identify, vet, and filter market problems, present business cases, then rally a team around the problem to iteratively design, develop and deliver easy-to-use software that people really want.

Today, I lead two of the three teams that make up our agile product development organization at Pharmacy OneSource. As the Director for User Experience and Quality Assurance, my primary responsibilities include strategic planning and working closely with technology leadership to continuously improve our ability to deliver software, as well as evangelizing user centered-design, agile and test-driven-development.

I’m passionate about making sure we’re solving the right problems and truly working to elicit delight from our users in their interactions with our products.

Over the last fifteen years I’ve had a hand in or led all aspects of our software delivery efforts including support, testing, development, design, deployment, creating roadmaps and working within executive governance frameworks.
