Jacob Baime

A public affairs professional based in Washington, D.C., Jacob Baime graduated from Brandeis University in 2008 with a degree in American Studies and history. During his time on campus, he worked as a regional coordinator for Lt. Governor Kerry Healey’s campaign for governor, where he honed his organizational skills. After graduating, Jacob Baime joined the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) as a national field organizer.
Jacob Baime worked as a field organizer with AIPAC for over a year, traveling to college campuses in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States to empower pro-Israel student advocates while partnering with groups like AEPi and Chabad to strengthen their student activist networks. Jacob Baime was later promoted to national field director, where he trained and coached field professionals who traveled to over 120 college campuses garnering support for AIPAC. He also delivered keynote addresses at campus and community conferences across the country.
In 2011, Jacob Baime was appointed an AIPAC area director in Boston, Massachusetts, responsible for political, grassroots, and development projects throughout New England. He served in this role for over two years before leaving to become the executive director of Israel on Campus Coalition, a group that provides strategic support to pro-Israel campus organizations across the country. He holds this position to this day.
