I am passionate about creating the best possible digital user experiences, finding meaningful insights in user behavior and leveraging that to shape and support business goals.

Most recently I worked as Project Consultant (Zendesk Specialist) for TOP-TOY (TOYS"R"US and BR in the Nordics), where I helped develop a customer-centric and data-driven Customer Service department.

My career has so far centered around Customer Service and Tech Support in various forms, but I am very open to challenges in other business areas also - e.g. Product- or Business Development, User Experience Research, Knowledge Management, Customer Onboarding or Customer Success.
