Jacob George

New York City

Graduated in December of 2013 with a Bachelors Degree in Finance. Prior to graduation I had worked for years in writing software and doing engineering for oil and gas industry. Eventually my role evolved into Corporate Development. In CorpDev I was able to learn a lot about successfully running companies by watching management carefully as they structure marketing, sales, and other critical parts of being a successful business. Today I have been able to spin my technology and corporate development experience together with my Finance degree to work in Mergers and Acquisitions in the industrial sector.

In my freetime I enjoy a variety of sports. I occupy my time playing golf, volleyball, and basketball. I keep my ears sharp by playing the bass guitar and guitar, and listening to jazz and country music.

And yes I am a geek, I spend most weekends making apps for iPhones.
