I was classically trained in French cooking at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I worked in the hospitality industry for a decade until retiring the old chef hat for another career. Cooking for family and friends with food allergies rekindled my culinary creativity and I am delighted to return to my roots as I develop my food blog on the side.
