Who is CCI Systems Sr. Manager - Contact Center?
- Jacob Shields brings over fourteen years of experience in the Contact Center space. During this time, he’s spent the last four years leading multi-tiered support teams within the Contact Center and Network Operations Center. Jake is a United States Army Veteran and has been deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom & Operation New Dawn.

- The Contact Center receives an average of 25,000 technical support interactions monthly for Hospitality, Multi-Dwelling Units (Apartment Complex's), Voice over IP (VoIP) and Service Provider Customers.
