I am currently a Principal Scientist at Chemeleon, a Brooklyn, NY based start-up company developing next generation colorimetric chemical sensors. Chemeleon seeks to apply nanotechnology, photonics and molecular recognition to create novel devices for the commercial, medical, environmental, and food industries. I am also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University in the Department of Electrical Engineering, teaching graduate courses in micro and nanofabrication. I have also recently founded the nonprofit Nanotech NYC. The organization aims to foster the continued growth of the nanotechnology community in the greater NYC area.
