I am the Senior Director of the Columbia Nano Initiative (CNI) Labs at Columbia University, where I oversee a world-class shared research environment supporting interdisciplinary advances in nanoscience and engineering. My role centers on enabling groundbreaking research by strengthening lab operations, fostering collaborative innovation, and ensuring that scientists have the tools and infrastructure they need to push the boundaries of discovery.

Concurrently, I continue to serve as the Chief Innovation Officer at Chemeleon, a Brooklyn-based startup pioneering next-generation colorimetric sensors for medical, environmental, and food applications. At Chemeleon, I lead our R&D strategy, drive core technology development, and help shape the company’s strategic direction and growth trajectory.

I am also the Founder and President of Nanotech NYC, an organization uniting nanotechnology professionals at all levels to promote innovation, collaboration, and accessibility across the field. Our group is a dynamic community that connects researchers, students, and entrepreneurs throughout the New York City area and beyond.

My work bridges academia, industry, and community, with a focus on impactful science, inclusive innovation, and building ecosystems where breakthrough ideas can thrive.
