Jacob Zach Winsett

I’m Zach Winsett, an attorney based in Evansville, Indiana. I grew up in Chrisney on a small family farm, where I learned early the value of hard work, discipline, and community. After graduating from Heritage Hills High School, I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana and went on to receive my law degree from Nova Southeastern University. I’ve worked in both public service and private practice, including time as a public defender, drug court public defender, and later serving as a Magistrate and Judge in Warrick County. Today, I practice law at Bob Zoss Law Office, where I help clients navigate legal challenges with honesty and dedication. I’ve served on multiple local justice-related committees and taught continuing legal education for attorneys and judges. Outside the office, I enjoy running, attending live music events, and volunteering in youth sports. I’m committed to making a positive impact in both the courtroom and the community.
