I help humans practice how to be sustainably human through breath, life story, body consciousness, and developing their relationship to Self and our world we live through today.

I provide human-support and wholistic psychological consultation for people navigating change, grief, neurodiversity, identity transition, embodiment, and the complicated experiences of being alive in the 21st Century. My work brings together breathwork, reflective conversation, embodied ethics, and practical support, with safety, dignity, and agency at the centre.

I am a qualified research psychologist, registered coach and mentor, and certified advanced breathwork practitioner working online, around the world, from Magoebaskloof, South Africa.

I work with individuals, peer-practitioners, and organisations seeking grounded support through transition, burnout, grief, neurodiversity, relationship complexity, embodied change, and transformation.
My practice is rooted in breathwork, nervous system literacy, reflective dialogue, and ethical human-support. I work with people online via Zoom, in person by arrangement, and in hybrid formats, with a strong commitment to scope clarity, consent, confidentiality, and respectful, non-discriminatory service delivery.
