Jacopo Rampini was born in Rome, Italy, and grew up in Paris and Milan. At the age of 14 he moved to San Francisco, and he is currently residing in New York City.

Jacopo's native languages are Italian and French and he is fluent in English. He holds both Italian and U.S. Citizenship.

He attended Sorbonne University in Paris, and graduated with a double Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Literature.

Jacopo trained in theatre at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Stella Adler Studio in New York City.

After graduating, Jacopo worked at the Williamstown Theatre Festival in Sam Gold's production of A Doll's House starring Lily Rabe, Josh Hamilton, Lili Taylor and Matthew Maher.

Jacopo has appeared in a number of feature films, shorts, and independent films, and has worked extensively with the NYU Tish Grad Film school and Columbia University's Grad Film school.

He has been a member of the Kairos Italy Theatre Company since 2012.

Jacopo made his Off-Broadway debut playing the Bishop in Jean Genet's The Balcony at the Access Theatre in May 2013.

Jacopo Rampini played young Stalin in the History Channel mini series The World Wars.
