I am a systems leader, skilled in managing complex and dynamic organizational change with over 23 years of experience in the education and nonprofit industry. I currently serve as the executive director of teaching and learning for a large urban district serving 6,000+ employees. Over the years, I have led organizational learning, curriculum and instructional design, coaching programs, performance effectiveness systems, career readiness programs and innovative technology initiatives.

I've worked with C-level leaders, directors, principals, coaches and teachers in schools and school districts across the US and Canada. I also supported work in state education agencies in KS, NC, and GA, and engaged in consulting partnerships with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Buck Institute for Education, The Wallace Foundation and MetLife Foundation.
