Dr Jacqueline A Baxter

I work as a Lecturer in Social Policy at The Open University UK . My research interests include: education policy and practice, school inspection regimes, school governance. My masters thesis investigated what motivates people to use a second language as a means of employment. My doctoral studies investigated the role of professional learning on the online teaching identities of higher education lecturers.
