I am an experienced provider of German into English subtitles, as well as subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing and English templates, as well as a German into English translator and proofreader, specialising in business and marketing texts.

Over twenty years' experience in the subtitling and translation industry combined with a BA (First Class Honours) in German and an MA in Translation and Linguistics mean I have the requisite skill and experience to work to a tight deadline, yet still provide high quality, accurate subtitles and translations that reflect the tone of the source material and are sensitive to the requirements of both you, the client and your target audience.

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, Subtle Subtitlers' Association and I currently work part-time as an audiovisual translation fellow at University College London, enabling me to keep my subtitling knowledge right up to date.
