Jacqueline Baron

Jacqueline provides counseling and coaching support for professionals in Chicago as a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC). Jacqueline believes in integrating a healthy lifestyle and holistic approach to her coaching work while helping clients find their own unique interests to foster a sense of well-being within their lives. For individuals feeling disconnected from their purpose or derailed by personal challenges, Jacqueline's holistic approach can help individuals get back on track and find wholeness.

Jacqueline's prior experience includes working in internal communications, organizational psychology, employee wellness & engagement, and change management, with more than a decade of experience supporting and advising Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. At Mars Advanced Research Institute (MARI), she led global communications for a team of scientists who were driving Mars' long-term science and technology agenda. Previous to that, she led internal communications for the Mars Wrigley R&D function of 1,500 global Associates, providing leadership support through functional communications, leadership counsel, team consultation, and Associate safety and wellness.

She earned two Master’s degrees from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, the first in Organizational Psychology and the second in Counseling Psychology, and has a B.A. in Public Relations from Ball State University (Muncie, Ind.).
