Since 1987, I have developed a strong background in public and community relations, promotions, marketing, advertising and video production. From my days as a Public Relations and Marketing executive on Madison Avenue through my career as a journalist and ghostwriter, I have been creating, planning, and managing events, public information campaigns, public relations campaigns, and crisis management and government and community relations campaigns for more than 27 years.

I have not only established an array of media, community, corporate, and government contacts on local, regional, national and international levels but she has managed to stay ahead of the trends and become an expert in Social Media Management and Internet Marketing and Branding.

Career highlights include more than 30 years of experience in entertainment and event production, where she has designed and directed many projects including "LifeFest", a fundraiser for pediatric HIV/AIDS; The Art of Jazz, a series of Jazz concerts to benefit Tampa Bay area art museums; the International Jazz Hall of Fame Awards and Induction Ceremony, which featured Steve Allen, Al Jarreau, Wynton Marsalis, George Wein (founder, New Port Jazz Festival), James Moody, the Count Basie Orchestra, Lionel Hampton among many other national and internationally-known Jazz musicians; a Young Journalists scholarship competition for Urban Business Magazine; Hog Wild: Ride for Life, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle ride to benefit the Tampa AIDS Network, The Spirit of Tampa Bay Gospel Series for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and the Super Bowl Gospel Extravaganza, featuring Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Kurt Carr, Javen Campbell, DeLeon Sheffield and a surprise guest appearance by R. Kelly.

She has also produced a variety concerts (including Anointed and Third Day) as well as press conferences, book signings, product launches, parties, dinners, award presentations, fashion shows and trade conferences.

A journalist for more than 30 years, she is an accomplished writer and magazine editor as well as a ghostwriter for several authors. She has been a tour publicist or public relations consultant for three Miss America’s, more than 16 authors several international speakers and “mega” ministries in the United States and abroad.
