Upon graduation from college, she landed a dream job at ESSENCE Magazine as editorial Beauty Assistant. About three years later, Jacqueline moved on to be the Associate Beauty & Grooming Editor at EBONY Magazine. Through these two phenomenal publications, Jacqueline penned monthly beauty features and enthusiastically contributed to their digital and social media outlets gaining her solid industry relationships and a wider reader following within a few short years. Motivated to push the envelope further, during the fall of 2014, Jacqueline created a beauty & lifestyle blog, http://www.livelovelaurean.com, which focuses on all things beauty and lifestyle with a personalized touch and first person writing style.

Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism & Communications from Hampton University and currently splits her time between New York City and New Jersey.
