Hello, I’m Jackie.
I’m the Sr. Director Channel Inside Sales driving results by empowering the anywhere global business strategy of our customers, partners, and business teams.
We partner together, to focus on mitigating risk by leveraging the Lumen Edge Platform to drive success for SaaS, SASE, Cloud, and Managed Security Solutions.
I work daily to remain competitive, adaptable, and a high-achieving action-taker, leveraging my passion for success to drive a dynamic team atmosphere by fostering creativity and innovation among a growing network of global partnerships. Thinking outside the box is what I do best.
I am hyper-focused on delivering results for myself, my team, our partners, and our global customers. I leverage my strong analytical and collaborative skills through positive and effective communication to become a consultative liaison, with a 360-degree leadership approach with team members, clients, vendors, and key internal stakeholders. My top priority is to focus on and deliver against fiscally important initiatives for Lumen, our partners, and our customers.
In my recent past I was honored to lead a program at Lumen/CenturyLink called "Sales Academy" which I grew into four specific programs to drive results across our North America sales and engineering teams.
I was incredibly fortunate to get to work with the most innovative, excited, passionate, and driven demographic of recent college grads entering the workforce. We learned, through this program, "for our business to continue to be relevant in this ever-changing industry, we must hire, develop and organically grow the best talent. We must connect this new generation with the core of our business: who we are, what we do, and how we do it, to optimize our sales success". And we accomplished all of this while delivering unexpected sales and revenue results.
In 2020, amid a global pandemic and epic disruption in the marketplace, the Sales Academy was able to achieve 10.4M YTD sales (as of June2020 via 98 sales professionals) which is equivalent to 99.81% Quota Attainment achieved by the newest sales professionals in the company while maintaining an employee attrition rate of 1.8%.
As I move forward to focus on the future, challenging the status quo, thinking outside the box, driving personal and professional results through new experiences, I am always grateful for the path that brought me here today.
