My name is Jacqueline, and I'm a digital executive & entrepreneur in LA's booming Silicon Beach. I have a passion for creating websites and software that delight customers and help companies grow.
My background is in product, strategy, design, usability, user experience research and information architecture.
I'm currently Vice President of Consumer Strategy at Edmunds. Prior to that, I spent 6 years as Vice President of User Experience Research & Design at Edmunds. Highlights of my time at Edmunds includes leading the design team who created a web based product with a 100% conversion rate, and designing a Webby Award Winning Mobile App.
It has been my pleasure to work with companies in virtually stage of development, from tiny start-ups to Fortune 500s. My bigger clients and companies have included the likes of Accenture, Allstate Insurance, BankOne, House of Blues, and Live Nation entertainment. Start-ups I've worked with include BizRate, Shopzilla, Petite Seats and Lionheart Fitness for kids.
My ideal roles are ones that strike a balance between strategic leadership, mentoring teams and hands-on creative work.

When I'm not working, I love to snowboard, hike, surf and rock climb. I'm also passionate about helping kids and families, and love to volunteer with Big Sunday.
