Hello, I'm Jackie, a solutions-focused sales professional, excited to find my next role. Sadly, my position at Toast was eliminated due to COVID-19, and while I will miss working at such an amazing company, I am thrilled to to bring everything I have learned in my career to make a big impact with another customer-obsessed organization.

I lead with empathy in my relationships with both customers and colleagues, and work tirelessly to set and exceed proper expectations for all parties involved in any aspect of the sales process, from discovery to executing contracts, and following through with post-sale engagement. My mission is to earn the business of as many clients as possible, ensure they feel secure in their investment, and feel supported throughout their entire customer journey.

My drive to delight customers is complimented by extensive training in solutions-focused frameworks, such as the Challenger Sale methodology, to discover the root of every issue and to provide appropriate guidance to customers to help them reach their goals.

Highly adaptable and a quick learner, I dive into the products I sell, and have successfully sold across a variety of industries, from K-5 STEM curriculum to SaaS, POS and payment processing. I have exceeded quotas in all sales positions thus far, qualified for Toast Champion's Club for three consecutive years, and look forward to leveraging my experience and skillset in next chapter of my career. I hope to find a role at a cannabis tech company.

Outside of work, I enjoy developing my skills in other hobbies, including cooking, writing short stories, surfing, spearfishing and watercolor. I am always on the lookout for ways to support causes I care about deeply: access to cannabis, disability rights, and diversity/inclusion.
