I'm a passionate Strategic Communications professional with experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Cause Related Marketing, Corporate Communications, Reputation Management, Public Relations, Issues Management, Media Relations and Analyst Relations (Technology, Telecom, Internet, Online Media - Market and Intelligence analysts and financial analysts).

I follow developments on social networks, mobile applications, telecommunications and the technology industries because it's changing the way we interact with those around us and how we do business. The fragmentation of media and devices also creates challenges and complexities for organisations.

How we engage, work, be entertained and consume media continues to evolve. Customers dictate, when, where and how they engage with brands and a variety of news, media and entertainment content. Communications professionals like myself will therefore be constantly challenged to stay at the pulse of where it's happening.

Before returning to Australia, I spent 13 years working in Singapore in the Hospitality, Advertising, Telecommunications, Technology and Online Media industries. The companies I've worked with in my time there are, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, Batey Advertising, StarHub, Pacific Internet (Nasdaq - PCNTF), Yahoo Southeast Asia and Singapore Technologies Telemdia.

Besides in-house corporate and consulting work, I've also written feature articles, special reports, and cover stories for Marketing Magazine, one of Asia's leading Marketing Publications as well as Telecom Asia.

I'm an animal lover, who has been involved with caring for street cats and cats that have been abandoned. I enjoy travelling, tennis, photography, visiting museums, the theatre, well written TV dramas and movies.
