Jada Young

After falling in love with theatre and concert events in high school, I made my way to The Walt Disney Company. 5 years and over 150 live concerts, award shows, marathons, television specials, conferences, and MLB spring training seasons later - it's still exciting!

I always say the best prizes are surprises, and while working at the Waldorf Astoria and Ritz-Carlton I was able to surprise and delight families, celebrities, newlyweds, and children of all ages for a living while in the Guest Relations department.

For a while, I talked to business owners all over the country as a Production Coordinator/Account Manager at LivingSocial. Working on nearly 3,000 daily and AmazonLocal deals in the past 12 months. It takes almost as much planning and organization as my bi-monthly team brunches!

I grew up in the wonderful city of Chicago (remind me to tell you about that time I slept outside the Shubert Theatre 8 times for tickets to a show) - followed by 10 years in beautiful Orlando (remind me to tell you about that time I accidentally yelled at JK Rowling) - now spending my days in the center of the universe, New York City (except when traveling the world to do all manner of geeky things)

I love cooking with friends, drinking tea, watching Doctor Who, and my dogs (not necessarily in that order).
