Ja'dan had admistered the launch and growth of the Triz Creative Group a marketing & creative agency in Jamaica offering services to clients in Jamaica , England and the United States.
Ja'dan has vast experience in design, media, communications and marketing.
Ja'dan is Co-Founder of Next Gen Creators , a nonprofit helping youth in the Caribbean and Latin America to explore coding and entrepreneurship. .
As an outreach to aspiring young entrepreneurs and developers ; he staged a local version of the Hacking Generation Y "Hackathon" to provide opportunities for these entrepreneurs to form a community and work together to build a web/mobile application. Over 32 hours participants had an opportunity to interact with visionaries and experienced mentors .
In April 2015 Ja'dan was given an opportunity to shake hands with President Barack Obama during his visit to Jamaica and was mentioned by Minister Of Youth & Culture , Lisa Hannah , during her sectorial debate speech .
Ja'dan actively advocates for youths across the globe and through the work of his non-profit is hoping to increase the amount of young entrepreneurs in the region.
