Women in Agribusiness exists to create a community of professional women involved in the [food and] agribusiness industry in Singapore. We aspire to raise the profile of women in a male dominated industry, to provide support, opportunity and confidence to our members, to develop industry leaders, to challenge the status quo and to champion change. In view of the under-representation of women in industry leadership positions, we aim to help by creating a pipeline of female talents ready to embrace the industry's leadership functions and requirements. By organizing regular events, we will reinforce linkages across the different agribusiness institutions in the region and help women to access the resources they need to reach their potential.
