Hello, I am Dr. Jade! I coach teens, young adults, college students, career professionals, and life-long learners. As a certified coach, I help individuals get balanced and unstuck, so they can be brightly confident about their professional, academic and social lives. My goal is to find ways for my clients to have a better life balance so they can live their dream life of not stressing all the time - while still saving some time for a great social life.
I believe that through coaching, people can establish concrete action steps and build their awareness of learning and emotional resources/tools.
