Jade French is an inclusive artist whom specialises in working with learning disabled women. Based in London, her practice lies within visual arts with professional training in photography. Currently studying MA Inclusive Arts Practice at The University of Brighton, her research interests include inclusive art spaces, intellectual access and collaborative curatorship.
French is interested in mutually beneficial collaborations to explore and challenge social inequalities. Her latest project 'The Dugout: Inclusive Women's Arts festival' is organised and run by disabled and non disabled women, and aims to offer a platform for female creativity. The festival is taking place March 16th 2013 in The Women's Library, East London.
