As a recruiter I source, interview (phone & personal) and identify technical consultants for clients, and guide them through the interview process
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Bullhorn and CATS.
• Provide qualified candidates to fulfill clients hiring needs using recruiting strategies and best practices
• Responsible for conducting office interviews, technical screens, reference and background checks, presenting job offers
• Thorough knowledge of recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for different employment types including W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099 for U.S. Citizens, GC, H1-B, TN-1, and EAD holders.
• Develop a pool of candidates through networking, and using company’s database
• Active Search: Resume search of active candidates from job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva and Hot Jobs.
• Maintain consultant relationships through luncheons, networking events and quarterly reviews
• Gain client and industry knowledge through onsite meetings and relationship building events
