My passion is health and this blog is dedicated towards that. Health doesn't only include physical fitness, it also encompasses mental and emotional well-being. Although these two aspects of health seem very different they are actually intertwined and dependent on each other. I originally started exercising to improve my mental state. I had a lot of anxiety due to the new school year and new responsibilities. I found that exercise was a healthy way for me to expel my excess energy. I found myself feeling more energized and happier overall. I'm still trying to improve and hope you will stick along for journey. Thanks!
