J. Adolphus W. Swen is a passionate and dedicated Civil Engineering student at Stella Maris Polytechnic University, with a vision of contributing to the advancement of Liberia’s infrastructure. As a high school graduate with a strong interest in engineering, he is driven by the desire to create innovative solutions that improve the quality of roads, buildings, and public structures across the country. Adolphus understands the critical role that well-planned and well-executed infrastructure plays in national development, and he is committed to using his knowledge and skills to make a meaningful impact.

Beyond his engineering pursuits, Adolphus has a deep passion for technology and innovation. He enjoys building websites and web pages, and he leads J-Tech, a company focused on delivering high-quality, responsive websites and web pages. While J-Tech primarily works on front-end development, Adolphus has plans to expand its services in the future, including graphic design, app development, and software solutions. He continues to learn and improve, exploring new ways to make digital platforms more accessible and effective.

Education is another area close to Adolphus’ heart. He is an academic tutor who enjoys helping students understand complex subjects and improve their performance in school. Whether tutoring students in his community or assisting classmates in university, he finds great joy in seeing others excel. His love for education has inspired him to start a project called TutorMe, an initiative aimed at providing free tutoring and educational support to students who lack the financial resources to access quality education. Through TutorMe, Adolphus hopes to bridge the gap between privilege and opportunity, ensuring that every student, regardless of their background, has the chance to succeed.

Adolphus ultimate goal is to give back to Liberia by leveraging his knowledge and skills to drive development and create a better future for the next generation.
