I am Jaesline Rosy lives in Chennai. Iam a second year digital journalism aspirant at Loyola college, Chennai. I developed an interest in writing and get to know more about the world. And so, I choose journalism as my way. I have completed my fourteen years of education at St. Mary’s Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Guduvancheri. My Higher Secondary belongs to general stream(maths with computer science).

In the past several years, I have enjoyed being involved in various extra curricular activities. I have a great passion on dance. Doing handcrafts and artworks are my hobbies. In earlier times, I used to play keyboard and go to different classes like typewriting, abacus and tailoring in my spare time. In recent times, I develop my interest in reading books and news papers. I strongly believe that these activities will help me in my future.

As per the quotation of Kyle Chandler, “Oppurtunity does not knock, it presents itself when you beat down the door”. I indulge myself in search of oppurtunities. As a result of that, I acquired the positions of winner and runner in Interschool dance and elocution competitions in the years 2013 - 2014 and 2014 - 2015. In the same year, in sports I won first prize in athletics (200 meters) in school level. I was designated as Vice Captain of St. Dominic Savio’s group in the year 2015 - 2016. Later on, in academics I have scored 95% in tenth standard in the year 2016 – 2017. Eventually, in the year 2017 - 2018 I was selected as Dance Secretary too.

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow beautifully wrote, “Life is real! Life is earnest! And the grave is not its goal Dust thou art, to dust returnest was not spoken of the soul” in the Psalm of life poem I want my life as Mentioned in the above lines and achieve greater.
