HASEEB JAFFERI
Public Speaker, Experiential educator, and Training manager in Hyderabad, India
"I am Dr. Haseeb Jafferi, a passionate speaker, experiential educator, and cultural curator who thrives on blending heritage with modern perspectives. As a descendant of Salabath Jung from the Nizam family, I grew up immersed in the traditions of Hyderabadi Tehzeeb, Heritage, and Sufism—values that shaped me from a young age and now drive my love for storytelling and innovative education. I founded Sufi Trails to bring history to life through immersive experiences like city trails, dawaths (intimate food-meeting gatherings), storytelling baithaks, and cultural diversity workshops. Rooted in the Deccan’s rich legacy, these offerings invite others to connect with the past in fresh, meaningful ways. One of my proudest moments was delivering a celebrated talk on 'Adaab e Paandan' at the Hyderabad Literary Festival, where I bridged tradition with today’s world for a captivated audience.
Professionally, I hold a Ph.D. in Pharmacy and diplomas in experiential education and leadership. I currently serve as Chief Manager of Training and Learning at a leading bank, where I’ve spent years sharpening my expertise in human behavior, leadership development, and organizational growth. I’ve had the privilege of building high-performing teams in sales, HR, and training, fostering environments of excellence and innovation. Soon, I’ll complete my Life Coaching certification, a step that excites me as it aligns with my deep commitment to empowering others. This new chapter will allow me to guide individuals toward personal growth and fulfillment, adding another layer to my journey of impact. With a unique blend of cultural wisdom, professional experience, and a heart for transformation, I’m here to inspire and connect—reach out to explore my work and insights!"
