Jagruti Gala considers herself an agent of transformation and constantly pushes the edge of consciousness in her self and in others, in order to create a world of greater peace, truth and compassion! Her calling in life was developed through the experience of growing up in India’s mind numbing diversity and inequity. She takes pride in wearing several hats with the common thread of two beliefs - LEARNING leads to LIBERATION and EMOTIONAL WELLNESS leads to SELF LEADERSHIP.
Since 2010, she has been working with leaders, who want to take a holistic approach and honour all aspects of their life, while they lead their team to the next level. She helps them to find the Hero Within, and together they explore a way of holding shared power, relating and just being. Her clients are from all walks of life and include Top Management in corporates and educational institutions; as well as parents; couples and women who want to grow as leaders. She also facilitates teams to find their core strengths, communicate better and become more effective, creative and innovative.
Jagruti holds an ICF accredited PCC with more than 1800 hours of coaching and mentoring experience. She holds a Diploma is Coaching Supervision from Coaching Supervision Academy. Jagruti is a Board member of ACTO - Association of Coach Training Organisations and Chairs the Education Committee there.
She is also a Certified Hogan Personality Inventory Coach and has undergone Professional Development in Advanced Labs of Human Process (ISABS), Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, Non-Violent Communication and Restorative Justice, and trauma healing through Somatic Experiencing. She is Director of Mentoring and a part of the Faculty team, at Leadership that Works India. Jagruti is currently part of the mentors team JST Coach Training program and has been on the mentor team of the University of Wisconsin Professional Coaching Program.

Besides leadership coaching and consulting, Jagruti is also the Founder and Managing Trustee of a non-profit, AURA - A Learning Place (2007); the Co-Founder at Stones2Milestones (2008); and served as the Chief Mentor of Amrit Vidyalaya (2017 - 2020), a school in rural India.
She is the author of 99 Marigold Mornings, a book of prayer poems.
