The Jaguar Path

The Jaguar Path is a model of shamanic work that arose from the experiences of hundreds of people in sharing circles over the years.

• The Jaguar Path invites participants to admire themselves with kindness and generosity.
• The Jaguar Path invites participants to be affectionate with themselves with gentleness and care.

In the Jaguar Path Shamanic healing training, we distinguish between admiration and appreciation. Admiration is the feeling of awe when we look at something beyond our ability to create. We are in the presence of something beyond ourselves, and it inspires us to do more, be more, and create more. In The Jaguar Path, we encourage you to find things to admire that inspire you, not simply to appreciate that which you like but to find things that inspire you.
