It is my belief that if a child is never taught to be still then they will never be still. In a world where everything is consistently moving, imagine never being able to slow down; moving at the paste of traffic. This is not complementary to internal emotional well being and development. At some point, we all need a break. It is important to disconnect daily, for the maintenance of one’s mental and emotional health. Yoga is a great tool to fine tune Inner balance.
