[JAHMESSIAH] Who was born by the name Karamo Darboe on the 30TH June 1993 in FARAFENI North bank region of the Gambia West Africa, he first attended Saint Peters at the age of seven Later proceed to saint peters junior school where sat to his west Africa examination council and then happen to close in farafeni secondary school a missionary school that his passion took off after attending to his secondary school that’s when he decided to join the music business and take it as his carrier He was inspired by the most popular Gambian reggae supper star who name goes by #Njie B TheCONQORER also known as #BakaryNJie his brother. one day he make chat with his father informing him that he wanted to be a singer then his father replied by saying if you’ll be serious in it. And then that reply made him very happy and gave him more courage. When his father had that he is taking it seriously with the music, that’s when his father called his brother njie b for him to join to his yard, called the #Zionyard after three months later, njie b released a single called more project thats when njie b organized a free show performance in farafeni, which was his first performance on stage with some of the most famous Gambian reggae artist. After he was named by a class made Jah Messiah a.k.a the heart beat, after njie b landed on a nation wide tour with some artist like #royalphilosopher Jah grace, Jahfire,deferentp,lady mj, with him self jah messiah. Then later he released his first single on the 22 june 2008 with nicrofic army production, in a riddim called country side he sang a song called jah bless I. plus another hit single called what dema go say it was produced by AJ Records 15 september 2009 and the song was presented over the radio stations like #Grtsfm.com, #vibesfm.com, An # RicovibesDaflavaradio.com, that’s when he began to have invitation for shows with some deferent promoters and some big artists all over the world an meet artists like .# joeAriwa.generallivy, an # Lutan fayah. just to name some on stage soon after he performed with fila open mic busumbala and few months later he released a hit song with his brother njie b called never change voice recording 19 november 2012 by prince MacKaye of # Mandela records, Well for the youth his got the faith and his got the talent and then now he needs upliftment, straight he is surely gona make it some days because he believes that Jah is not asleep neither he slumbers and then that same almighty will help him carry on its just a matter of time.in that timeing in 15 june 2013 wen he put up a world wide hit song that feeds the mine of jah people a song called ONLY LOVE -which was made on 30th january 2013 from there he keep on writhing an singing his songs....get u more ditel soon Info about Jah messiah Introducing Jah Messiah Africa » Gambia Friday, August 02, 2013 Sprouting Gambian star Jah Messiah, is no doubt another youngster gifted with singing voice and talent. Born Karamo darboe, he was inspired by rising Gambian stars such as Njie B, who is also a cousin brother. The dancehall genius is committed and ever determined to promote his name universally. Due to unending quest to make a name in the country’s music landscape, Jah Messiah realized that he got the talent to expose to people back in the days in 2007, while going to school. In an interview with What’s On, Jah Messiah explained that he was fortunate to dropped a six dub singles which includes ‘Never Change’ amongst others adding that the latter was a combination with Njie B. He explained that he is currently working on the video of the single to better promote his sound. “Yes, I believe that every man have a talent to expose to the people, so when I realize that in me that needs to be expose to the world. So I decided to do the music business with the support of my cousin brother (Njie B). So I entered the music scene to follow his footsteps to become a super star and even bigger than him. Music is way of life in me to live and give the people the positive message that they need so as to uplift their heart and souls. Music is a universal language that promotes peace and solidarity worldwide’. Jah Messiah further explained that his aims and targets is to be an international stars and represent the country (Gambia) worldwide through his sound. “Yes in order to achieve this aims and targets, I have to say to producers and promoters that they should strictly look forward to the artist whatever they are doing trying to promote Gambian music”he added. He then advised his fellow artistes, to desisit from fighting each other through their lyrics and work towards the development of the country’s music scene.
