JAIDEEP SINGH was Professor of Behavioural Sciences at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi, from 17 March 1986 to 31 March 2005. He had joined IIPA as Reader in Behavioural Sciences on 12 July 1973 after doing his Ph.D in Leadership and Human Behavior from the United States International University (USIU), San Diego, California, that became Alliant International University (AIU) on 1 July 2001. Before this, after receiving the degree of Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University (1967-1969), he taught as Acting Assistant Professor of Commerce at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia for the academic year 1969-1970.
