Archaeologist in Londres, Reino Unido
Born a November night in 1983, I had an early vocation on archaeology still in high school... That's why I became one. As a vocational guy I soon discovered Public Archaeology and devoted my life (personal and professional) to it.
I founded a small business in Spain, JAS Arqueología SLU from which I do lots of stuff from editing to outreach, all based on my Research Programme in Public Archaeology. The basis; making archaeology popular, making us open and promote activism from archaeology. I try to be very active in the 'academic' world, so it is easy to see me in congresses or publications (less than I would like). I have became a kind of polemist because I don't know how to stay quiet, but activism in archaeology starts at home...
Now I research from Incipit, CSIC though next years I will be in London and Athens before coming back to Spain.
Another pillar of my life was Ethiopia, a country I built a strong connection with. I love it, almost as much as archaeology and recommend everybody to visit. It has lots to offer, so go!
