I have bias for action. Speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study, therefore I take calculated risks. I have strong business judgment and good instincts.

I am an owner. I think long term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. I act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just my own team. I never say “that’s not my job”.

I start with the customer and work backwards. I work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust. Although I pay attention to competitors, I obsess over customers.

I am obligated to respectfully challenge decisions when I disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. I have conviction and I am tenacious. I do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion.
