Hi, I’m Jaime! I’m a program manager, systems thinker, and people-first collaborator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations. With over a decade of experience spanning entrepreneurship support, government funding, and program delivery, I’ve built a career around making complex things clearer and smoother for everyone involved.

Currently, I’m supporting young Canadians in developing entrepreneurial skills through my work with Venture for Canada, where I lead operational delivery for student-focused programs. Whether I’m launching a new cohort, fine-tuning backend systems, or running a reflective career session at Training Camp, I love creating thoughtful, human-centred experiences that work behind the scenes and on the front lines.

I’m driven by curiosity, community, and impact. I believe in building trust through consistency, and that spreadsheets can be beautiful. I’ve worked with government partners, startups, and social impact orgs, and I’m always eager to bridge the gap between bold ideas and tactical execution.
