I think that Social Networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, etc., will be the new way of generate ideas and loyalty with customers, brands and people in general, because customers nowadays are absolutly constant change.
Trends are changing and we must do. Adapt is our duty if we want to generate new ideas. Social networks are here to stay, not a fad, not just photo sharing, nor a sales channel, but it is a channel that we allow us to generate mutual communication with the market: the so called MARKETING 2.0
