Jairo Loaiza Lima
Student in Newark, NJ
Student leader, nonprofit founder, and aspiring international corporate lawyer. I served as SGA President (2024–2025) at Bard High School Early College Newark, representing 400+ students and launching initiatives that expanded academic opportunities and strengthened school culture.
Founder of Future Legal Leaders of Tomorrow (FLLot), a nonprofit connecting high school students nationwide with mentorship and virtual workshops. Selected for the Congressional Youth Advisory Council (NJ-10) and national programs like the ACLU National Advocacy Institute and FIRE Free Speech Forum, where I’ve gained experience in advocacy, public service, and civic engagement.
As a trilingual first-generation American (English, Spanish, Chinese), I bring a global perspective to leadership. My long-term goal is to become an international corporate lawyer — and eventually President of the United States — to use law, policy, and leadership to expand opportunity and strengthen democracy.
