Social Media Manager, AI Strategist, and UI/UX Designer in India
I grew up being the kind of person who takes things apart to see how they work. Not always putting them back together correctly... but understanding them completely.
That curiosity is what brought me into design. Not because I wanted to make things pretty. Because I wanted to understand why some products feel effortless and others make you want to throw your phone across the room. Turns out the answer is almost never the colour palette. It's the thinking underneath it; the flow, the structure, the decisions that nobody documented but everyone feels.
Five years of that work across product design, design systems and Webflow builds quietly taught me something else too. That even the best designed product is invisible if nobody can find it, trust it or afford to reach the people who need it. So I spent two years learning the other side; running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, understanding offers, studying how acquisition actually works when you strip away the noise.
And then AI happened. Or more accurately... I stopped being able to ignore it.
The question that keeps me up is a simple one. Why do so many products that millions of people use every day still feel like they were designed by someone who never sat next to an actual user and watched them struggle? Banking apps that make you feel stupid for not understanding your own money. Health platforms that hand you a PDF when you are scared and confused and just need someone to explain what happens next. E-commerce stores that show you everything except the thing you actually came to find.
Conversational AI fixes this. Not as a feature. As a design decision. That is what I am focused on building; intelligent flows inside existing products that make them feel like they were built by someone who actually cared.
I also help with the business side of it all. Client acquisition, offer positioning, ad strategy, automation systems that quietly do the work most teams keep postponing. Because a product that nobody finds or trusts is just an expensive way to feel busy.
